BLACK WIDOW
Size: Female is about ½ inch long; Males are slightly smaller
Color: Females are shiny black and usually has a red hourglass mark on the underside of the abdomen. Males generally have several red dots on the upper side of the abdomen.
Facts: Webs are typically found outdoors under objects. Black widow spiders are timid; however and will only bite if they are injured. If bitten, medical attention is necessary due to the reaction to the venom.

Take exit 68B for Cool Springs Blvd W and merge onto Cool Springs Blvd. Finally, turn right onto Mallory Ln and turn left onto Mallory Station Rd. Turn left onto Seaboard Ln, turn left and Franklin Pest Control will be on your right.
